Yes, Moto6 starts all shops with a free account and then shop owners have the option of upgrading to a paid subscription whenever they are ready to upgrade. Shops can use their free account forever if they don't need the features included in paid subscriptions. No credit card is required when signing up.

Yes, your subscription is automatically renewed every month or year, depending on the billing period you have chosen, and it is charged from the payment method on your account.

Why am I not receiving confirmation or password reset emails?
Emails from Moto6 can get caught in Spam filters. If you did not receive the email, please check your

folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your Inbox. If so, select the email and click

, which will allow future emails to get through.
